For buyers, it means no more scraping junk. You get verified, cryptographically-signed data straight from the source. Connect your agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or our REST API, and pay only for what you use.

The Math is Simple

The concierge fee is 12% (7% concierge + 5% VM) (7% concierge + 5% VM — covering de-identification, listing creation, and transaction processing). Sellers keep 88% of every transaction, paid out automatically via Stripe Connect. Sellers listing directly on VM keep 95%.
